Sixteen tracks intended for a romantic dark comedy short film about a retired war general Jacques & his wife Brie documenting the events leading up to the discovery of Penicillin by Scottish botanist Alexander Fleming with similar events mirroring the lives of the married couple happening almost 100 years down the line in the experiences of two young metal-heads from Glasgow.

I've included a track from days producing under the alias Sonique Chef called Out of The Blue. I was listening to a lot of French soundtracks, dance and chill out music back then. The French music scene is great if you're a chef as it keeps you upbeat when you're working and relaxed on your days off. You'll probably be able to hear a bit of Eric Serra's influence on this track from one of my favourite movies The Big Blue.

About this project:

This is the intended soundtrack to an idea for a film I have. Needs a good script writer though...

I'm not a casting agent, but I think the beautiful Léa Seydoux would be good for the role. She has a young enough face to play the part of the role of the Metal-head and could also play the role of Brie if you film the 1928 part of the film in twenty years time as I envision Brie being older (about 50).

PPS I think 04. 2022 - You Better Eat That Peach, would work as a Metal track. Just needs a band with lots of Amps.
